Terms & Conditions
1. Our park has been designed with families and couples in mind so we’re sorry but we don’t accept group bookings from hen and stag parties or large group booking for celebration events. We hope you understand this decision.
2. We charge £45 per night, which will be asked to be paid before or on arrival. This includes your electricity water, and access to the toilet block and laundrette. Showers are coin operated.
3. We ask that you respect our quiet time after 11pm and show respect to your holiday neighbours and our staff at all times. Patrols will be made to remind guests to adhere to this policy and will be asked to leave if they fail to comply.
4. If the behaviour of a guest or any other member of their party has or is likely to spoil the enjoyment, comfort or health of any other residents, guests or staff on site, the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and will receive no refund.
5. We reserve the right to ask any guest, and their party, to leave the Holiday Park if they do not abide by our terms and conditions with no refund given. Guests may also be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of their behaviour whilst staying with us.
6. We aim to resolve any issues or complaints about your stay whilst you’re with us. Any complaint not brought to our attention, or resolved, during your stay, cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
7. Arrival times are from 9am – 3pm. You are politely asked to vacate the campsite before noon at the end of your stay.
8. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times and not left alone on site.
9. For everyone’s safety we ask you to follow the speed restrictions on site.
10. Feel free to bring your bikes but we ask that you do not leave them unattended in communal areas such as the shower blocks.
11. Please dispose of your own rubbish in the designated bin bays.
12. Standard WiFi is included free of charge.
13. Pets are allowed, as long as: i) any mess or excrement is picked up and disposed of in the correct allocated bins. ii) pets are kept under control at all times, not to be left in a caravan or on site alone at any times. iii) Pay for any damage your pet may cause. If staff believe your pet to be causing damage, disruption to the site and/or discomfort for other occupiers or staff, we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave immediately without refund.
14. Payment for allocated stay with us must be paid in full either before or on arrival to the campsite. Cash is not expected, we apologies for any inconvenience.
